All sales are final once a digital license key has been delivered.
WhiteLotus only offers refunds if the purchased license key has not been delivered to the customer.
Once the license key has been delivered, the order is considered complete and no refund will be provided for any reason.
Refunds are not provided after delivery, including but not limited to:

◆ Failure to read the product description
◆ Setup issues
◆ Unsupported devices, systems, or environments
◆ Expired license periods
◆ User error
◆ Violation of our Terms of Service
◆ Suspended, revoked, or terminated keys
◆ Chargebacks, fraud, resale, sharing, or abuse
By purchasing from WhiteLotus, you acknowledge that this is a digital product and that receiving the license key completes the order.
