WhiteLotus provides digital license-key access to software and related services. All products are delivered digitally. No physical item will be shipped.
Once a license key has been delivered to the customer, the order is considered fulfilled.
Each license key is intended for use by one customer only unless stated otherwise.
You may not:
◆ Share your key with another person
◆ Resell your key
◆ Leak, distribute, or upload the product
◆ Crack, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or tamper with the product
◆ Attempt to bypass the license system
◆ Use another customer’s key or account access
◆ Abuse support, staff, customers, or the service
Violation of this section may result in immediate key termination without refund.
We reserve the right to suspend, revoke, or terminate any license key at any time, with or without notice.
This may include, but is not limited to, situations involving abuse, fraud, chargeback activity, unauthorized sharing, resale, tampering, violation of these Terms of Service, or any activity we determine to be harmful to WhiteLotus, our users, our staff, or our services.
Termination, suspension, or revocation of a license key does not qualify the customer for a refund if the key has already been delivered.
All sales are final once a digital license key has been delivered.
We only offer refunds if the purchased license key has not been delivered to the customer.
Refunds are not provided for any reason after key delivery, including but not limited to:
◆ Change of mind
◆ Failure to read the product description
◆ Setup issues
◆ Unsupported devices, systems, or environments
◆ Expired license periods
◆ User error
◆ Violation of these Terms of Service
◆ Suspended, revoked, or terminated keys
◆ Chargebacks, fraud, resale, sharing, or abuse
By purchasing, you acknowledge that this is a digital product and that receiving the license key completes the order.
Support is provided through our Discord ticket system or any other official support channel listed by WhiteLotus.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate purchase information when requesting help. Support may be limited or denied if the customer cannot verify their purchase.
Support does not guarantee refunds, extensions, replacements, or compensation.
Opening a chargeback, payment dispute, or fraudulent claim may result in immediate termination of your license key and removal from support access.
We reserve the right to block future purchases from customers associated with chargebacks, fraud, abuse, or payment disputes.
You are responsible for how you use the product and for making sure your use is allowed in your own environment.
WhiteLotus is not responsible for misuse, account issues, platform restrictions, system issues, user error, or any consequences caused by improper use.
WhiteLotus may update, modify, pause, or discontinue products, features, prices, access periods, or availability at any time.
Active users may receive updates during their license period when updates are available. However, updates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on product status, maintenance, or service availability.
You agree to provide accurate information during checkout, including your email address and Discord information when required.
WhiteLotus is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or support issues caused by incorrect customer information.
Products, license keys, files, downloads, and access links provided by WhiteLotus may not be resold, redistributed, shared, leaked, or transferred.
Any customer found reselling or distributing WhiteLotus products or access may have their key terminated without refund.
We may change these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms may be posted on our website, SellAuth store, Discord server, or another official channel.
Continued use of WhiteLotus after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
By purchasing from WhiteLotus, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
You also confirm that you understand all sales are final once your digital license key has been delivered.
